Coconut malai needs to be soft/tender for better texture and flavour. Or you can use coconut water and skip using the fat altogether. You will get a liquid consistency by that. Also, sugar is replaceable with honey. If not, then mix sugar and rose syrup.

Moreover, coconut milk will, too, be great for this. So you can get a milkshake using that. But if you are lactose intolerant and still want to enjoy the milkshake, use the milkmaid and skip the sweetener.

One can also include rose petals in the drink. You can add them for flavours or simply for decoration.

Making this drink is extremely easy and quick. you will only need some patience to deseed the litchis and some strength to separate the fat from the coconut.😅😅 Oh, and don’t forget to store the coconut water as well.

Once you have achieved the herculean task 😜😜 you can proceed with making the drink. To do that, put litchis, coconut malai, sugar, and coconut water in a mixer jar/juicer. Blend everything.
