Wash and Soak the rice before 10-15 minutes to cook. Boil and keep it aside to cool. (don’t overcook)
Heat oil with a medium flame, once hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red Chili, cumin seeds, urad & Bengal gram one by one.
Allow to fry until it turns into golden brown. Then add grated coconut and fry until it gets a nice aroma and slightly gets crispy.
Then add rice, required salt and blend it thoroughly. Keep the mix 2-3 minutes under a low flame. Finally, garnish with groundnuts, papad and coriander leaves
