Ingredients of Coconut Couscous Salad
Coconut - 4 Tbsp Fresh Coconut (Hand Grated)
Couscous - 100 GM
Jardalu/Raisins- 2 Tbsp
Fresh Chives - 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon Powder - 2 Tbsp
Fresh Mint(Chopped)- 1 Tbsp
Salt- To Taste
Pepper - To Taste
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Orange Juice ( Small Orange)-1/4 cup
Orange Zest - 1/2 Tsp
Honey Mustard Sauce - 2 Tsp
Honey - 1 Tbsp
Mint Leaves ( Chopped) - 2 Tbsp
Steps for Coconut Couscous Salad
Boil Couscous in an open vessel ( Salt + Oil).
Slice Apricots and Soak Raisins.
Add Jardalu, Raisins, Chives (Hari Pyaj), Grated Coconut in the Dressing prepared.
Add All the ingredients to the CousCous and Cover it with Clean Wrap or Cloth and Cover it.
