Memoni Kababs is a famous memoni starter recipe enjoyed with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, yogurt or ketchup. Memoni Kababs are made with Mutton Mince, bajra flour, aromatic Indian spices. It is our traditional recipe and made in every Memon’s house. Loved by people of all ages.
Memoni Kababs are very easy to cook and ready in less than an hour. Great choice for gatherings, kitty parties, tea-time snack and also a Ramadan. I cook them good but my lovely Mom’s Kababs are really from the heaven.

Ingredients of Memoni Kababs
Mutton Mince - 400 gm
Onion - 1 PC (Small, Finely Chopped)
Tomatoes - 1 PC (Small, Finely Chopped)
Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tablespoon
Green Chili Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala (all Spice mix) - 1/2 Tablespoon
Coriander Seeds - 1 Teaspoon (Semi-Crushed)
Salt - To Taste
Lemon Juice- 1 Tablespoon
Bajra Flour - 3 Tablespoon
Egg - 1 PC
Steps for Memoni Kababs
Wash the mince and keep it aside for a drain for 5-10 minutes until water completely drains. Finely chop the onions and tomatoes.
Take a deep bowl. Put the mutton mince in it. Add all the ingredients in it. Mix it well with your hands so that the spices mix properly with the mutton mince. Cover it with cloth and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
Heat oil in a pan. Initially keep it on high flame. When the oil is hot reduce the flame to medium. Take the marinated mutton mixture start putting small rounds into the oil with hands. Deep fry on medium flame until light brown.
Your Appetizing mutton recipe is ready to serve. Serve it with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, yogurt or ketchup according to your taste. These Kababs are best with yogurt and mint chutney.
