Take a marination bowl. Add mutton kheema, green chili paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, allspice powder, coriander and dry red chili powder, salt to taste and egg white. Mix it well.
Now make dumplings out of the kheema mixture. And put it aside.
Heat oil in a grill pan. Shallow fry the dumplings on low heat. Cook until light brown. Keep it aside.
Take a marination bowl. Add yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, cumin powder, tandoori masala and salt to taste. Mix it well. Yogurt mix is ready.
Take a deep vessel. Add edible oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, kasuri methi, and yogurt mix. Cook until oil separates.
Now add fresh cream and cashew powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add mutton dumplings in the gravy. Mix it well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
