Tasty Hakka Noodles is an Indo-Chinese cuisine and a popular dish at Chinese restaurants and stalls across India. Hakka Noodles is a mixture of boiled noodles, Chinese sauces, chicken boneless and veggies. This Hakka noodle recipe turns any grownup adult into a kid.

This is where the Hakka Noodles get in. Simple and easy to make. And one full pot is enough for all of us. Just pour it into your plates and start eating with a fork.
Boil noodles in water till they are half done. Drain the water and add some cold water. Keep it aside.
Take a pot and heat oil in it. Add half of the chopped ginger-garlic to it. Fry for 30 seconds and add chicken pieces to it. Now add salt. Mix it well and cook for about 5 minutes until chicken is done. Pour the chicken into a plate and keep it aside.
Now add some more oil to the pot and add the remaining ginger garlic to it. Add Soya sauce and green chili paste to it and cook for 1 minute.
Now add vinegar, black pepper powder, and green chili sauce to it. Mix it well and add chopped carrots to it. Cook until oil floats.
Drain the cold water from the noodles and add the noodles to the mixture. Mix it well. Lastly, add capsicum and fried chicken to it and mix it well. Your Tasty Hakka Noodles are ready to serve. You can serve it with gravy Chicken Manchurian for better taste.
