Ingredients of Hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodles - 400 gm (1 Packet)
Chicken - 500 gm (Boneless) (small cubes)
Green Chili Paste [हरी मिर्च पेस्ट] - 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce [सोया सॉस] - 1 tbsp
Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar [सिरका] - 1 tsp
Capsicum [शिमला मिर्च] - 1/2 Cup (Small Cubes)
Carrot [गाजर] - 1/2 Cup (Small Cubes)
Black Pepper [कालीमिर्च] - 1 tsp
Edible Oil [तेल] - 2.5 tbsp
Salt [नमक] - To Taste

Steps for Hakka Noodles

Boil noodles in water till they are half done. Drain the water and add some cold water. Keep it aside.
Take a pot and heat oil in it. Add half of the chopped ginger-garlic to it. Fry for 30 seconds and add chicken pieces to it. Now add salt. Mix it well and cook for about 5 minutes until chicken is done. Pour the chicken into a plate and keep it aside.
Now add some more oil to the pot and add the remaining ginger garlic to it. Add Soya sauce and green chili paste to it and cook for 1 minute.
Now add vinegar, black pepper powder, and green chili sauce to it. Mix it well and add chopped carrots to it. Cook until oil floats.
Drain the cold water from the noodles and add the noodles to the mixture. Mix it well. Lastly, add capsicum and fried chicken to it and mix it well. Your Tasty Hakka Noodles are ready to serve. You can serve it with gravy Chicken Manchurian for better taste.
