In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, chaat masala powder, jeera powder lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and keep them aside.
Whisk the yogurt and sugar ingredients and keep aside.
Arrange the Puris or Papadi on a serving plate. Spoon in small portions of the potato mixture into each one of the puris.
Add the onions and Dahi into each of the Puris. Finally, add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Sprinkle chaat masala powder and red chili powder, coriander leaves and jeera powder. Serve with sev.
