Arabic style Chicken Lollipop is a delicious chicken recipe with a bit of twist of Arabic cuisine. Made with all ingredients easily available at home like besan, ginger-garlic paste, cream, lemon juice etc. It mild Arabic taste makes it loved by children.
This Arabic style Chicken Lollipop is very easy to make and requires only 30 minutes to cook. Usually, we Indians use it as a starter dish. Arabs like it with rice too. Try them with Basmati rice and you will never forget the taste.

Ingredients of Chicken Lollipop
Chicken Lollipop (Drumsticks) - 1/2 Kg
Green Chili Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste - 1/2 Tablespoon
Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Besan ()Gram Flour) - 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Cream - 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt - To Taste
Butter - 2 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Steps for Chicken Lollipop
Take 1/2 kg chicken drumsticks and wash them properly. Let the water drain completely. Take a small bowl and put the drained drumstick in it. Add ginger paste, Garlic Paste, Green Chili Paste and salt to it. Marinate for about 2 hours.
Take a small pan and put the Besan in it. roast it dry for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh cream and cumin powder to the Besan. Mix it well and let the fresh cream melt. Make a thick paste.
Take the marinated chicken drumsticks and add this mixture to it. Mix it well so that they are covered perfectly with the paste.
You can use a Tandoor, firewood or BBQ tray to cook them. Heat the BBQ tray and cook the drumsticks for about 5-10 minutes.
Melt the butter in a small bowl and apply them to each drumstick. Now let it cook for about 20-25 minutes until completely done. You can use BBQ sauce if you like.
Your appetizing Arabic style Chicken Lollipops are ready to serve. You can serve it with sizwan chutney and mayo to get the best taste or else can have it with basmati rice.
