Heat oil in a pan and add freshly chopped ginger and garlic to it. Saute for 1 minute and add soya sauce, red chili sauce, and chopped green chili. Cook for another 2 minutes add tomato ketchup and vinegar to it. Mix it well and add chopped onion and capsicum to it. Saute it on high flame. Be careful that the veggies don’t get overcooked.
Add Fried Chicken to the mixture and mix it well. Your chicken chili dry is ready. Sprinkle spring onion over it and serve it.
If you want gravy, add 2 tablespoon cornflour and 1 cup of water. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes to make semi thick gravy. Serve it in a plate and sprinkle some freshly chopped Spring onion over it for garnishing.
