You can prepare this dish with various vegetables. I used carrots and cabbages.

Ingredients of Chapati Ribbon Noodles Recipe Leftover chapati-1 cup (sliced) Onion (sliced)-1 medium sized Vegetables sliced (carrot, cabbage, capsicum)-1/4 cup Green chilly 2 Tomato sauce-1/4 tablespoon Soy sauce -1/4 tablespoon Pepper powder-1/4 tablespoon Curry & Coriander leaves Salt -as needed Steps for Chapati Ribbon Noodles Recipe Step 1
Heat oil with a medium flame once hot adds green chili, curry leaves, and sliced onion.
Saute it well and allow to cook until it gets a transparent look.
Add sliced carrots, cabbage and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Then add tomato, soy sauce and required salt then allow to cook 2-3 seconds.
Add sliced chapati and pepper powder then mix it well. allow to cook 1-2 minutes with a low flame.finally garnish with coriander leaves.
