Ingredients of Egg Malai Curry
Boiled Eggs - 5 Pcs
Cumin Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 Teaspoon
Onions - 3 Pcs (medium)
Green Chili - To Taste
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon
Milk - 200 ml
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 2 Tablespoon
Salt - To Taste
Steps for Egg Malai Curry
Put Onions and Chilies in a grinder and blend to a smooth paste.
Pour oil in a pan and add the onion-chili paste into it. Cook for 2 minutes and add ginger garlic paste to it. Cook for about 10 minutes on low heat and lower the flame when it starts changing color.
Add milk to it and mix well. Add cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt to the gravy. Cook for another 2 minutes and add the egg halves.
Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Slowly turn the flip the egg halves upside down. Your delicious Egg Malai Curry is ready to serve. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Tastes lovely when served with butter naan or garamagaram roti.
