Corn Kabab is a crispy,  deep-fried, and tasty. It’s a snack recipe, easy to prepare, and with home ingredients. It’s a mouthwatering snack item and also used as an appetizer.

Also, it’s pure vegetarian recipes with ingredients like corn paste, mashed potato, boiled corn, corn flour, capsicum, coriander powder, ginger paste, black pepper powder, salt, green chili powder, coriander, lemon juice, and oil.

When you deep-fry this, use moisture papers on the plate so it socks the extra oil. One important suggestion is if you want to make it more crispy, you can also use breadcrumbs.

It’s very simple to follow the recipe. First, grind the corns and make a fine paste, then add spices and powders to it mentioned in the ingredient list and form a dough. Roll it in logs and insert tooth-pick. Deep-fry it and enjoy with your family.
