Ingredients of Cheesy Football Chicken

Chicken - 1/2 kg (Small pieces) Boneless
Garlic [लहसुन] - 3 tbsp (Chopped)
Ginger [अदरक] - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Cheese Cube - 4 pcs
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Egg [अंडे] - 3 pcs
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tbsp
Green Chili [हरी मिर्च] - 5 pcs (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion [प्याज पत्ता] - 2 pcs (Chopped)
Coriander Powder [धनिया पाउडर] - 1/2 tbsp
Salt [नमक] - To Taste
Corn Flour [मकई आटा] - 2tsp
All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 2 tsp
Bread [ब्रेड] - 4 Slices

Steps for Cheesy Football Chicken

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and leave for 30 minutes to marinate. The more time it is marinated it cooks fast.
Make small round balls of the mixture and keep it aside in a dish.
Cut the edges of the sliced bread and make small rectangular or square pieces. Wrap the balls of mixture kept aside with the bread pieces before frying. Priorly wrapping will make the bread soft and sticky.
Take a deep pan and heat oil in it. Once the oil is heated adjust the flame to medium. Fry the ball in oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Cooking on medium heat will cook the chicken inside perfectly and bread will turn into a crispy layer.
You Cheesy Football Chicken is ready to serve. You can serve it with Tomato Ketchup or Mayonaise.
