My little princess is a big fan of these balls. She rolls them in the plate and eats. The best dip along with this appetizer can be a tandoori mayo. Loved by people of all ages, especially as it is crunchy and cheesy.

Ingredients of Cheesy Football Chicken
1/2 kg Chicken Boneless. Small pieces
3 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger
4 pcs Cheese Cube
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
3 pcs Eggs
1/2 Tablespoon Ajinomoto
5 pcs Chopped Green Chilies
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
2 pcs Chopped Green Onion
1/2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder T
o Taste Salt
2 Table Spoon Corn Flour
2 Table Spoon Maida. (All Purpose Flour)
4 Slices Sliced Bread
Steps for Cheesy Football Chicken
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and leave for 30 minutes to marinate. The more time it is marinated it cooks fast.
Make small round balls of the mixture and keep it aside in a dish.
Cut the edges of the sliced bread and make small rectangular or square pieces. Wrap the balls of mixture kept aside with the bread pieces before frying. Priorly wrapping will make the bread soft and sticky.
Take a deep pan and heat oil in it. Once the oil is heated adjust the flame to medium. Fry the ball in oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Cooking on medium heat will cook the chicken inside perfectly and bread will turn into a crispy layer.
You Cheesy Football Chicken is ready to serve. You can serve it with Tomato Ketchup or Mayonaise.
