We have prepared this eggless whip cream with essential ingredients like unsalted butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla essence. By using unsalted butter, you can control the salt in your recipe. There is no use of milk or cream. It’s simple to make for any occasion.
Just mix unsalted butter with sugar and pour it gradually while beating continuously. Then add lemon juice or vinegar and vanilla essence. Beat it continuously until the texture comes smooth and fluffy. Also, you can use any nozzle to decorate the buttercream frosting.
Remember that when you start mixing unsalted butter with powdered sugar for the first time, beat it at a low speed so, you don’t throw it here and there. Also, don’t use milk in this recipe because it won’t hold its texture stiff for too long. That’s why I have used unsalted butter to make the frosting stay as decorations for a long time.
