Homemade Fortune Cookies Recipe Without Egg
Fortune Cookies, a simple and easy dessert recipe made with all at home ingredients. Fill it with your personal messages and serve it with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Usually served with gratitude messages by restaurants and the concept originated in California during the 1900s.
Each cookie contains a message for the eater and it’s really fun. You never know what you are gonna get in there. It can be a good luck message or gratitude from them.
They are sweet crispy cookies served with yummy vanilla ice cream and garnished with chocolate sauce. The ice cream and chocolate sauce just add stars to its flavor.
Great for parties and girls night gatherings and competitions. Just another fusion way to serve ice cream with cookies.
Ingredients of Fortune Cookies All-purpose flour - 1.5 cup Corn flour - 1 tbsp Powder sugar - 3 tbsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Condensed milk - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 small cup Vanilla essence - 2-3 drops Water - as needed Vanilla ice cream - 1 cup Chocolate sauce - as needed Steps for Fortune Cookies Step 1
Take a marination bowl. Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, powder sugar & baking powder. Mix it well.
Now add condensed milk & oil. Mix it well. Then add vanilla essence & some water to make a batter.
Whisk it until it becomes a little thick batter. The fortune cookies batter is ready.
Now take a pan. And add batter. Make small cookies. Cook for around 4-5 minutes.
Once it becomes light brown, add your personal fortune message and fold it in half. Cool it in a vessel or place it over a glass so it takes fortune cookie shape.
Serve it with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Your delicious & delectable fortune cookies are ready. Enjoy it with your guest.
