Ingredients of Chocolate Cupcakes

Cups - 6 cups (bought from the store)
Flour - 1/2+1/4 cup
Baking Soda [बेकिंग सोडा] - 1/2 tsp
Salt [नमक] - 1/4 tsp
Cocoa Powder [कोको पाउडर] - 1/4 cup
Sugar Powder [चीनी पाउडर] - 1/2 cup
Water [पानी] - 1/2 cup (warm)
Oil [तेल] - 3 tbsp
Egg [अंडे] - 1/2
Vinegar [सिरका] - 1/2 tbsp
For Moisture
Sugar [चीनी] - 1 cup
Water [पानी] - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence [वैनिला एसेंस] - 2-3 drops
For Decorations
Whipped Cream - 200 gm
Color - (green or orange)
Chocolate Slab - 200 gm
Fresh Cream - 100 gm

Steps for Chocolate Cupcakes

For moisture

In a wok, boil water and sugar till sugar dissolves. Off the gas and add vanilla essence, keep it aside.
For decorations

Melt ghee in a wok on a slow flame. Then add the chocolate slab. Keep it aside. After 15 minutes beat the mixture for 6-7 minutes.
Now, beat whipped cream for 7-8 minutes. Then add colors of your choice.
For cupcakes

Sieve trice together dry ingredients even sugar powder.
In another bowl add egg, oil and whisk it. Now add dry ingredients and water in it. Whisk till it combines properly in one direction.
Preheat oven for 180°C. Fill this mixture in cups half and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
When cupcakes cool down, add the moisture water 1 tbsp in each cup.
Now spread the chocolate layers and decorate with colored cream. You can add Gems and dairy milk on the top for decorations.
