Ingredients of Bread Jamun Recipe
Bread-6-8 slices (tune to your need)
Milk (boiled)-2-3 tablespoon
Milk Powder- 1tablespoon(Optional)
Rose syrup-1/4 tablespoon
Ghee/Oil as needed
Steps for Bread Jamun Recipe
Heat water with a medium flame once it starts to boil add sugar & boil it with lower flame.
Continue to boil until the sugar syrup shifts somewhat sticky. (Often stir)
Once it’s done add cardamom and keep it aside to cool.
Meanwhile, cut the edges of bread and toast few seconds. Then blend the slices into a fine powder.
Then spray the milk over the powder and knead until it gets a smooth and soft dough.
Heat oil with a medium flame once hot lower the flame and make tiny smooth balls and drop into oil/ghee slowly.
Fry the balls until it turns golden brown. Once you did, drop the jamuns into the sugar syrup.
Cover and keep it aside for 1-2 hours.
Your yummy and delightful Jamun is ready to serve.
