Tiranga rice is a grand presentation of our country’s flag. It’s made with Indian style flavors like carrots, bell peppers & crushed paneer. It’s a simple rice recipe you can garnish with crushed and chopped vegetables to give some crunch.

Generally at my home, on such a special patriotic day, I try to make something with my mother as she fond of making colorful recipes. She is pro in making a colourful salad.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add chopped garlic, smashed green chilli, salt, and cumin powder. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water as oil starts to separate.
Now add boiled rice and mix it well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Rice is ready. Spread the rice over a plate. Garnish it with chopped green bell peppers, crushed carrot, grated paneer, and black pepper to form a Tiranga.
Your Tiranga Rice is ready without any artificial food colours.
