Paruppu Usili is a typical classic dish in India. It’s lentils and beans side dish & goes well with buttermilk gravy, sambar and rasam.
Basically, we can prepare Usili with different vegetables (beans, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, cluster beans and beetroot). Here I have made from beans and you can try the same technique for other vegetables too.
