Ingredients of Mango Cream
Alphonso Mangoes - 2 Pcs
Whipped Cream - 2 Cups
Icing Sugar - 2 Tablespoon (Optional)
Steps for Mango Cream
Peel the mangoes and cut them into small dices. Beat 2 cup o whipped cream with beater until fluffy. Usually whipped cream is sweetened, if not you can add icing sugar before beating. Mix half of the mango dices with cream. Refrigerate it.
Take a serving bowl. Put one big scoop of mango and cream mixture to it. Top it will remaining mango dices. Lastly, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream over it.
Your rich, creamy and delicious Mango Cream is ready. Serve it chilled.
