Clean and Soak the Chana and Moong before 15-20 minutes to start.
Heat oil with a medium flame, once hot, add mustard seeds when it split, add curry leaves, sliced green Chili, garlic and onion.
Allow to until it gets transparent. Add chopped beans and a pinch of turmeric powder then fry for a minute.
Then add dals with appropriate salt and water. Cover the lid and cook with a low flame. (Often stir the mix)
Once it cooked check the moisture is dried or not. If not then fry with a medium flame until it dries up.
Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
