Appetizing Tandoori Chicken Tikka made with boneless chicken and Indian spices is a famous recipe all over India as well as around the world. It is also a famous street food in India which can be found everywhere. Easy to cook, healthy and always a crowd pleaser.

Perfect choice for parties, gatherings or even for starters for lunch or dinner. Muslims make this recipe pretty much during Ramadan. You can find the Tandoori Chicken Tikka in almost every stall of Ramadan night food bazaars.
Take 500 gm chicken boneless and cut into cubes. Cut the tomato, onion and bell pepper into small pieces of 1-2 inch. Take 1 cup or 100 gm normal yogurt and tie it in a cloth to drain water. This is called Hung Yogurt. Keep them aside.
Take the chicken boneless and add lemon juice and salt to it. Keep marinating for about half an hour. This will help to make chicken tender and cook easily.
Add tandoori masala, red chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Hung Yogurt, Cumin Powder, edible red color, Kasuri Methi and veggies to it. Mix it well and keep to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Poke the marinated chicken pieces in the skewer. Add veggies at the beginning and end.
Grill in an oven for 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees. After 20 minutes put the skewers near the rod so that the chicken gets burnt a little. This will give you charcoal taste to the Tandoori Chicken Tikka.
Apply some butter and cook for 2 minutes and your Appetizing Tandoori Chicken Tikka is ready to serve. Sprinkle some chat masala and try it with green pudina chatni for better taste.
