Spicy Muffins is an Indian Fusion recipe. Get ready for a new fusion. Usually, when we hear the word muffins, sweet feelings come to our mind. But this recipe will now make you ask this question sweet or spicy when anyone presents you with muffins.
Thinking of something new, I encouraged myself to make this recipe. This version is my own creativity which turned out to be awesome.

Ingredients of Spicy Muffins
Dhokla flour - 1 cup
Dhudi grated - 1/2 cup
Corn boiled - 1/2 cup
Ginger paste - 1 Tsp
Garlic paste -1 Tsp
Green chilly paste - 2 Tsp
Oil - 5 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Fruit salt - 1 Tsp
Curry leaves for garnish
Salt as per taste
Curd - 1 cup
Steps for Spicy Muffins
In a bowl add dhokla flour and curd and mix it.
Then add corn, dhudi and green chilly paste, garlic paste, salt and mix all
Then add ginger paste and fruit salt and mix it then add 2 tsp oil to it and put in the muffins mold and steam it.
After keeping in a steamer for 15 mins put the gas off and cool it.
Your Spicy Muffins are ready to serve. Garnish it with curry leaves.
