Translate malai chicken tikka into your preferred language.
In a blender, add cashew powder, kasuri methi & greek yoghurt. Blend for about 2 minutes. The mixture is ready. Keep it aside.
Take a marination bowl. Add chopped chicken breast pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, green Chili paste, salt to taste & lemon juice. Add mixture which we prepared in a blender. Add black pepper & cream.
Mix well & keep aside chicken to marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat oil in the pan. Add marinated chicken. Cook for 20 minutes so the chicken gets tender.
Creamy & luscious Malai chicken tikka is ready. Serve it with salad and enjoy the real taste.
