Crispy Chicken Wings is a deep fried chicken starter recipe made in almost every part of the world. A very easy to make and can be prepared in an hour even by men. Women can make in less time.

It can be made in two ways; by baking or deep frying. Usually, what restaurants serve are the deep fried.

Taste varies according to the location. In America, it made less spicy whereas in India it is made a bit spicier.

Food Chains like KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) and SFC (Southern Fried Chicken) have made fortunes serving their Crispy Chicken Wings.

Crispy Chicken Wings are loved by all ages of people, especially children. My sweet daughter’s favorite.

Ingredients of Crispy Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings - 1/2 KG
Ginger-Garlic Paste [अदरक-लेहसुन पेस्ट] - 1 tbsp
Egg [अंडे] - 1 Pcs
Milk [दूध] - 1 Cup
All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 1 Cup
Corn Flour [मकई आटा] - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder [कालीमिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder - 1/2 tsp
Maggi Seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Salt [नमक] - To Taste
Corn Flakes - 1 Cup (Crushed)
Edible Oil [तेल] - for Frying

Steps for Crispy Chicken Wings

Take a medium-sized bowl and put chicken wings in it. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, salt, and black pepper powder and keep it aside to marinate. You can marinate and keep for longer hours if possible. It will make your frying easy and chicken is cooked properly.
Take another bowl and put egg and milk in it and beat the egg well.
Take a plate and make the coating mixture in it. Add maida, corn flour, black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Maggi seasoning, crushed cornflakes and mix it well.

Instead of using garlic powder, onion powder, and Maggi seasoning, you can use ready Crispy Chicken Masala available at stores. We have used Mas Crispy Chicken Masala.
Take a deep pan for frying and add oil to it. Heat the oil properly.
Dip the marinated Chicken wings into the beaten egg with milk.
Coat the Chicken Wings with the dry mixture made in step 3. Coat them perfectly. If you want more crispy, then repeat the dipping and coating process twice.
Arrange the flame of the pan heating Oil to medium and fry the wings. Your Crispy Chicken Wings are ready. If you like you can add some potato chips to for frying. They make a good combination with Crispy Chicken Wings.
