Ingredients of Cheesy Chicken Burger Chicken Breast Boneless 1/2 Kg Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon Egg 1 Pc Cheese Slice 6 pcs Milk 1/2 Cup Black Pepper Powder Teaspoon Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Garlic 3 Cloves Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Cup Salt To Taste Edible Oil 1 Cup for Frying Burger Buns 6 Pcs Mayonnaise 1 Cup Tomato 1 Big Pc Sliced Cucumber 1 Pc Sliced Cabbage Leaves 6 Pcs Tomato Chili Sauce 1/2 Cup Steps for Cheesy Chicken Burger Step 1
Cut the chicken breast and cut them into 6 thin strips and flatten it with the back of the knife.
Marinate Chicken with Ginger garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice. Keep it aside for marinating. The longer the marination the more tender the chicken will be.
Take a bowl put egg, milk, salt black pepper powder and beat the mixture well.Take another small bowl and put maida, salt and black pepper powder in it and keep it aside.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then into the maida mixture and cover it with breadcrumbs to make a crispy coating over the chicken.
Pour the oil into a frying pan and deep fry the chicken strips on low flame until the strips turn golden. Add crushed garlic cloves to the Mayonnaise and mix it well.
For making Burgers, cut the burger buns into two halves and toast them a little. Apply tomato chili sauce and place the cabbage leaf over it.
Now place the fried crispy chicken strip on the cabbage leaf and put one slice of cheese on it. Place one tomato slice and a cucumber slice over it.
Add mayonnaise garlic mixture over the top and cover it with the other half of the bun. Mayo will run over the veggies.
Poke a toothpick to hold the contents of the burgers and fry in a pan for just 1-2 minutes. Your Cheesy Chicken Burgers are ready to serve.
