Ingredients of Bread Buns

for making Bread Buns
All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 500 gm
Sugar [चीनी] - 20 gm
Fresh yeast - 15 gm
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil [तेल] -25 ml
Water as Needed
Bread Improver - 2 gm

Steps for Bread Buns

Mix all ingredients and make a dough with the help of water.
Now keep this dough for proving for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes place the dough on the flat surface and punch out the air from it, now take a baking tin and grease it with oil.
Now shape the dough & make small size balls from it and place it for the second time proving for 20 minutes.
Once your second proving is done bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once your bread buns are bake take out from oven and apply oil on it and cool it and serve.
