Chana Dal Lauki is a yummy and healthy traditional Indian main course recipe that can add a new flavor to your lunch or dinner. Bottle Gourd and Bengal gram both are good for health.
This recipe is different from regular Chana Dal recipes. Usually, we boil Bengal gram and bottle gourd together and then add spices to it. But here we have made it differently.
The only difference made here is that first the dal is boiled, prepared gravy and then mixed and cooked. Give the taste of this to your family and they will long for more. You will not need to convince them to eat Chana Dal Lauki.
Pulses are a low-fat source of protein, fibers, vitamins, and minerals. Include this recipe into your & your family’s diet.
