Ingredients of Mix Vegetable Sabji

  • Green Peas - 1 tbsp
  • Cauliflower - 50 gms
  • Cabbage - 50 gms
  • Brinjal - 1 small size
  • Carrot - 1/2 size
  • Potato - 1 medium size
  • Corn - 50 gms
  • Cumin Seed - 1 tsp
  • Edible Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili - 1 pcs (small size) (Chopped)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 pcs small size (Chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 pcs small size (Chopped)
  • Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp

Steps for Mix Vegetable Sabji

  • Boil all vegetables beforehand.
  • Take a pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds into it and roast it.
  • Add cooking oil. Add chopped green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped onion. Mix well and saute it for a minute.
  • Add chopped tomato and mix it again.
  • Now add chopped coriander.Finally, add boiled vegetables and mix it well on low flame.
  • Mix Vegetable Sabji is Ready Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
