Ingredients of Mango Smoothie

  • Mango - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Milk Cream - 200 gm

Steps for Mango Smoothie

  • Extract pulp out of mangoes in a bowl.
  • Add sugar to the mango pulp and mix it gently. Sugar is exceptional and you can avoid adding sugar to have a natural sweetness.
  • Rest for 20 to 30 seconds so that sugar melts and mixes with the pulp. Now blend the sweetened pulp to make a liquid form.
  • Empty the mango pulp into a separate bowl. Now gradually add heavy milk cream to the bowl and mix it gently. Do not mix vigorously or blend it in the mixture.
  • Gently pour the mango pulp mix in the glass container. The white cream base will form a wave texture and will look beautiful once served.
  • Add a second layer of white heavy milk cream. Now again pour the mango pulp mixture. Sprinkle some cardamom powder on it.
  • You can garnish it with chocolate syrup. Serve instantly or store in the freeze to consume later on.
