Ingredients of Chocolate Pudding

  • Cocoa Powder - 4 tbsp
  • Corn Starch - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp (exact)
  • Sugar - 100 gm
  • Full Fat Milk - 500ml
  • Heavy Cream - 4 tbsp

Steps for Chocolate Pudding

  • Take a bowl. Mix cocoa powder and corn starch.
  • Add salt. Be careful not to exceed the salt quantity. Mix the salt with cocoa mixture well.
  • Now add sugar and mix again.
  • Add milk gradually and stir the mixture. Break powder lumps, if any.
  • Now take a pan and heat it. Add the cocoa powder milk mixture to the pan. Make sure it doesn't splash. Keep stirring the mixture. Don't let the solid material rest, or else it will stick to the pan and burn out.
  • Once the water content from the mixture burns, it will become thick. Turn the flame to low.
  • Now add heavy cream to the pan. Fold the mixture gently. Don't vigorously mix.
  • Cook for a minute or two and turn off the flame. Allow the mixture to settle and cool down.
  • Garnish with white cream, cake frosting, or white chocolate. I have used heavy white cream for decoration.
