Ingredients of Fluffy Omelet
- Eggs - 2
- Whipped Cream - 2 tbsps
- Ghee [घी] - 1 tsp
- Salt [नमक] - To Taste
- Coriander Powder [धनिया पाउडर] - 1/2 tsp
- Cheese Cube - 2 pcs
- Onions - 1 cup (Finely Chopped)
- Green Chilies - To Taste

Steps for Fluffy Omelet
Add chopped onions, chopped green Chili, coriander powder, salt and whipped cream all in a big bowl. Take 3 eggs and pour them into the mixture. Whisk the mixture well for about 2-3 minutes until it turns frothy.
Heat the 6-inch frying pan for 2 minutes at medium flame and pour the ghee into the pan. The smaller the pan the better. You can use bigger pan also but the thickness will be less.
Whisk the mixture once again and pour it into the pan. Increase the flame until the surface turns firm. Turn it upside down with a spatula and keep it for about 30 secs and turn it again.
Sprinkle the cheese cube with a grater on the omelet and fold it to make a semi-circle. Your Fluffy Omelet is ready to serve.
