Ingredients of Dahi Batata Puri Chaat

  • Pani Puris or Papdis - 24
  • Potato - 2 Pcs (boiled and mashed)
  • Coriander - 1 cup (Chopped)
  • Chaat Masala Powder - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 2 Pcs (Chopped)
  • Jeera Powder - 1 tsp (Roasted)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Dahi ingredients
  • Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder - 1 tbsp
  • Ingredients for garnishing
  • Red chili powder -
  • Chaat Masala Powder -
  • Date tamarind chutney - 1/2 cup
  • Sev - 1 cup

Steps for Dahi Batata Puri Chaat

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, chaat masala powder, jeera powder lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and keep them aside.
  • Whisk the yogurt and sugar ingredients and keep aside.
  • Arrange the Puris or Papadi on a serving plate. Spoon in small portions of the potato mixture into each one of the puris.
  • Add the onions and Dahi into each of the Puris. Finally, add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala powder and red chili powder, coriander leaves and jeera powder. Serve with sev.
