Ingredients of Lauki Raita

  • Curd - 125 gms
  • Bottle gourd - 1 small bowl (Boiled)
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp (Roasted)
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Rock Salt - 1/2 tsp

Steps for Lauki Raita

  • Add curd in the bowl. Add boiled bottle gourd, roasted jeera, red chili powder, salt, chat masala powder, and rock salt. Mix everything well.
