Pineapple (अनानास) Raita Recipe

Pineapple Raita is refreshing, sweet, and one of the fruity raita. Eat it when it’s freeze, and you will enjoy its fresh taste.

Here, I have made this pineapple raita with curd, pineapple puree, pineapple chunks, pomegranate, and season with salt and roasted cumin.

It’s one of the best raita among all and also very popular in Indian restaurants. Also, it helps you beat the heat during the summer season and also gives you marvelous taste and texture in the mouth.

Also, it’s elementary to make and perfect to serve it with your lunch. Moreover, you can help it with roti sabzi and especially when Paneer sabzi is there on the table. It goes well with shahi meals.

Pineapple is loaded with nutrients and contains diseases fighting antioxidants. It’s an excellent fruit to add in salad or raita to enjoy it along with your main course.

Ingredients of Pineapple Raita

  • Pineapple - 8 to 10 pcs (for puree)
  • Pineapple - 1 medium-size bowl full
  • Curd - 150 gms
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp (Roasted)

Steps for Pineapple Raita

  • Grind some pineapple pieces till it becomes thick. Take a pan and heat it. Add pineapple puree along with equal size pineapple pieces (whole).
  • Take curd in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add pineapple to the mixture and mix well. Add coriander powder and roasted cumin.
  • Garnish it with pineapple pieces & pomegranate seeds. Pineapple Raita is ready.
