Ingredients of Cabbage Raita

  • Curd - 125 gms
  • Cabbage - 1 small bowl
  • Cucumber - 1 small bowl
  • Onion - 1/4 pcs (Chopped)
  • Tomato - 1/4 pcs (Chopped)
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp (Roasted)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt - 1/2 tsp

Steps for Cabbage Raita

  • Add curd in a bowl. Add grated cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomato, roasted cumin, salt, red chili powder, and rock salt. Mix well.
  • Cabbage Raita is ready to serve.
