Ingredients of Beetroot Onion Raita

  • Curd - 125 grams
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Rock Salt - 1/2 tsp (Powdered)
  • Chat Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp (Roasted)
  • Beetroot - 1/2 pcs (Shredded)
  • Onion - 1/4 pcs
  • Tomato - 2 small pcs

Steps for Beetroot Onion Raita

  • Take a bowl and add curd. Add red chili powder, rock salt powder, chat masala powder, salt, and roasted cumin.mix it well
  • Now add shredded beetroot, onion, and tomato. Mix well.
  • Beetroot & Onion Raita is ready to serve.
