Carrot Curd गाजर दही Raita

Carrot Raita is a sparkling and delicious recipe. One can prepare it with grated carrot, capsicum and mix with Indian spices.

Ingredients of Carrot Raita

  • Curd - 125 gms
  • Carrot - 1 pcs (small size) (Shredded)
  • Green Capsicum - 1/4 pcs (Chopped)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Rock Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp (Roasted)

Steps for Carrot Raita

  • Take a bowl and add curd, shredded carrot and chopped green capsicum, salt, red chili powder, rock salt, chat masala powder, and roasted cumin.
  • Mix well. Carrot Raita is ready to serve.
