A traditional oreo mousse contains eggs. But here, the recipe for this mousse is eggless. So you need not worry if you are a vegetarian or eggs are just not your thing.

Ingredients of Oreo Mousse

  • Oreo Biscuits - 10-15 (for powdered crumb)
  • Whip Cream - 250 ml
  • Condensed Milk - 100 ml
  • Oreo Biscuits - 10 pcs
  • Chocolate Syrup - 2 tbsp

Steps for Oreo Mousse

  • Separate cream from the cookies. Grind the cookies to make a fine crumb. Keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl, add whip cream, and condensed milk. Beat for 3 minutes at low to medium-high speed gradually.
  • Add the separated cookie cream and beat again for a minute. Stiff peaks not necessary. if you want stiff peaks then beat for full 5 minutes on medium to high speed. However, if you toss the whip cream mixture into the fridge for 10 minutes the stiff peaks will form quickly.
  • Now add the oreo powdered crumb to the whip cream mix. Fold the mixture well till finally combine. You can use the beater too for 10 seconds at low speed.
  • Once finally combined add oreo cookie pieces and fold the mixture again. Don't use the beater after adding oreo cookie pieces. It will break the pieces.
  • Take the mold and add the oreo mix. Layer properly and cover it with foil paper. Toss into the freezer for a couple of minutes.
  • Oreo mousse is ready. Spread chocolate syrup as a topping.
