Ingredients of Khajur Pak

  • Dates - 500 gm
  • Cashews - 2 Tsp
  • Almonds - 2 Tsp
  • Pistachio - 2 Tsp
  • Melon Seeds - 2 Tsp
  • Poppy Seeds - 2 Tsp
  • Ghee - 2 Tsp

Steps for Khajur Pak

  • First, deseed the Khajur & make small pieces from it.
  • Take the pan and add ghee & then put chopped dry fruits and roast it.
  • Then add Khajur, mix it well and cook for one minute and then take out from pan.
  • After cooling it roll the mixture and put in the fridge for one hour.
  • Then cut it & serve.
