Ingredients of Methi Pak Ladoos

  • Ghee - 500 gm
  • Gram Flour - 100 gm
  • Urad dal flour - 100 gm
  • Wheat flour - 100 gm
  • Sugar powder - 200 gm
  • Dry ginger powder - 2 Tsp
  • Dry Gantola Powder - 2 Tsp
  • Methi Powder - 2 Tsp
  • Batrisu Powder - 2 Tsp
  • Melon Seeds - 2 Tsp

Steps for Methi Pak Ladoos

  • In the pan take ghee and roast besan till it changes the colour.
  • Then again add ghee, urad dal flour and roast it till it changes the colour.
  • Then again add ghee roast wheat flour and roast it till it changes colour.
  • After its done, cool it and add all dry ingredients and powder sugar and mix them all.
  • Now make small Ladoos from it and roll it in melon seeds and serve.
