How To Make Potato Fingers – Potato Fingers Recipe

Ingredients of Crispy Potato Fingers
Potatoes - 4 PC (Big)
Suji - 1/2 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
Salt - To Taste
Green Chili Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Edible Oil - 1 Cup (For Frying)
Corn Flour - 2 Tablespoon
Steps for Crispy Potato Fingers
Boil the potatoes, mash it and keep it aside. Pour Suji in a small container and soak it for 5-10 minutes.
Take a bowl. Add Potatoes, Suji, green chili paste, Salt, Black Pepper Powder and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well so that it makes a perfect dough.
Apply some oil on your palms so that the dough doesn’t stick on your hands and it makes perfect fingers. Take small portions of the dough and make thin fingers.
Take corn flour in a dish and slightly cover the potato fingers with it to make it crispy. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Let the oil get hot and then deep fry the fingers.
Your healthy, belly-filing Crispy Potato Fingers are ready to serve. It tastes lovely with mayo. Can serve with Tomato Ketchup also.
