Ingredients of Corn Fritters

  • Gram Flour - 250 gm
  • Corn Kernels - 1 big (Boiled)
  • Onion - 3 medium (Chopped)
  • Potato - 1 big (grated)
  • Coriander - 1 cup (Chopped)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  • Water - as required
  • Oil - for frying

Steps for Corn Fritters

  • Take a bowl. Add besan, corn, potatoes, onions, coriander, baking soda, salt, a little bit oil, and water. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Now heat oil in a wok. Deep fry Bhajiyas roughly in small portions.
  • Fry it until each Bhajia becomes golden and crispy.
  • Corn Fritters are ready to serve. Give these hot fritters treat to your friends and family at home.
