Ingredients of Stuffed Parwal

  • Peanut Powder - 1 small bowl
  • Parwal - 500 gm
  • Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Cumin Powder - 1tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Green Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Edible Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Buttermilk - 500 ml
  • Edible Oil - 1 small bowl
  • Coriander Leaves - for garnishing

Steps for Stuffed Parwal

  • Take a large bowl. Add peanut powder, coconut powder, salt, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, chopped coriander, curd, and oil. Mix everything well. Masala is ready
  • Stuff the masala in parwal.
  • Take a deep vessel. Heat the oil in it. Carefully place the stuffed parwal in the hot oil.
  • Then add buttermilk. Do not stir and cover it with the lid. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Stuffed Parwal is ready to serve.
