Kachi Keri Chutney Recipe

Ingredients of Kachi Keri Chutney

  • Raw Mango - 1 pc
  • Onion - a quarter pc
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - as needed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Black Pepper - 2-3 pcs
  • Green Chili - 4 pcs

Steps for Kachi Keri Chutney

  • Take a raw mango and wash it.
  • Cut it into as small pieces as you want without peeling it.
  • Now take a mixture jar and add chopped mango, cumin, garlic, black pepper, salt, coriander, and green chili. Blend them together.
  • Lastly, add sugar in it and blend everything into a fine thick paste. Serve it.
