Paneer Mawa Cake with 5 Ingredients Only

Ingredients of Paneer Mawa Cake

  • Mawa - 200 gm
  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Milk - 150-200 ml
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 50 gm
  • Pistachio - As Required (To Garnish)

Steps for Paneer Mawa Cake

  • Heat a pan and put mawa in it. Cook until it changes color and keep stirring till then.
  • Now add grated paneer and mix it. After that add milk to the pan and mix again. Cook it for a minute.
  • Then add cardamom and sugar, then mix again. Cook it until the mixture thickens. It may turn a light brown in color. The base is ready.
  • Take a container and place parchment or butter paper to cover its sides. Then transfer the content into the container and level it up with a spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  • Paneer Mawa Cake is ready. Serve it as a dessert.
