Ingredients of Oats Energy Bars

  • Rolled oats - 100 gm
  • Almond - 40 gm
  • Peanut butter - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 4 tbsp
  • Black raisins - 40 gm
  • Chocolate candy - 30 gm

Steps for Oats Energy Bars

  • Take a pan, preheat, and add rolled oats and almond pieces.Roast oats and almond pieces for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add peanut butter, honey. Combine well. Now add roasted rolled oats and almond to the bowl. Mix well.
  • The mixture is thick and will resist so be patient. Once mixed add black raisins and honey one more time.
  • Fold the mixture gently. if the mixture is thick add honey or peanut butter as per taste. Now add the star ingredient - chocolate candies and mix one final time.
  • Take a container and pour the mixture into the container. Press firmly, remove air, and wrap it with aluminum foil or self-adhesive wrapping paper.
  • Chill for 2 hours. cut into bars. Oats chocolate candy bars are ready.
