Ingredients of Mint Ajwain Lemon Kadha

  • Water - 2 glass
  • Black Pepper - 5 pcs
  • Cloves - 5 pcs (Whole)
  • Cinnamon - 1 small pcs
  • Ginger -1 small pcs (Crushed)
  • Cardamom - 3 pcs (Whole)
  • Carom Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves - 15-20 pcs
  • Ajwain leaves - 6 pcs
  • Lemon Skin -1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

Steps for Mint Ajwain Lemon Kadha

  • Add water and boil in a pan or any deep vessel.
  • Add black pepper, whole cloves, cinnamon, and crushed ginger. Cover the pan and boil for 1 minute.
  • Open the pan and add the whole cardamom, carom seeds. Stir the mixture and cover the pan. Boil the mixture for 1 minute.
  • Add mint leaves, fresh ajwain leaves, and lemon skin. Stir the mixture.
  • Now add lemon juice and stir once again.
  • Add jaggery to the mixture and allow it to melt.
  • Finally, add turmeric powder, stir well and cover the pan. Boil it for one final time for 1 minute.
  • Now open the pan and stir the mixture for one last time. Put off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down. Your kadha is ready. Once it is cool, stir it again before straining.
  • Take another bowl, put a strainer, and strain the mixture. Drink this kadha empty stomach in the morning. Dosage is 1 small bowl.
