Ingredients of Dhaba Style Lachha Pyaz

  • For Crispy Potatoes
  • Cooking Oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • Potato - 2 pcs (Medium)
  • Green Chili Paste - 1/2 tbsp
  • Green Chili - 1-2 pcs (Medium) (Chopped)
  • Salt - As Per Taste
  • Red Chili Powder - As Per Taste
  • For Lachha Pyaz
  • Onion - 4-5 pcs (Medium)
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander-Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - As Per Taste
  • Amchur Powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Green Chili - 1-2 pcs (Medium) (Chopped)
  • Coriander - As Per Taste
  • Lemon Juice - As Per Taste

Steps for Dhaba Style Lachha Pyaz

  • Slice and cut the potatoes as shown. Heat oil in a pan. Saute the potato in it till they turn light brown.
  • After that add green chili paste, chopped green chili, salt, and mix. Sprinkle red chili powder and mix again. Keep aside in a bowl.
  • Take the onion and slice them as shown. Separate the onion rings and put them in a bowl.
  • Then add red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder, salt, amchur powder, chopped green chili, and coriander. Mix everything properly.
  • Dhaba style lachha pyaz with crispy potato is ready.  Serve it with some lemon juice and have it immediately.
