Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe – How to prepare Kuzhi Paniyaram

Kuzhi Paniyaram is a healthy and famous Indian style breakfast recipe. The texture is like a tiny soft stuff rounded with a crispy thin outer layer.

We can prepare this either like a spicy or sweet one, both sounds unique and different flavor. I have shared the spicy one. This goes well with coconut and onion-tomato chutney.

Additional Tips: The same method you can apply for over fermented sour Idli dosa batter to tune the taste.
